Who we are

SectionForge is a Shopify app operated by Mrabet Digital. We build custom Shopify theme sections from designs submitted by merchants.

What we collect

• Store information: your myshopify domain, used to identify your account.
• Design files: Figma links and images you upload so we can build your sections.
• Order information: the packages you order, section details, notes, and delivery status.

What we do not collect

SectionForge does not access, store, or process your customers' personal data. We do not request access to customer records, orders, or products in your store.

How we use it

Solely to deliver the service you ordered: analyzing your design, quoting it, building your sections, and communicating about your order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Service providers

We use infrastructure providers for hosting and storage, and Shopify's Billing API to process payments. Payment details are handled entirely by Shopify — we never see or store your card information.

Data retention

We keep your order history while your app is installed so you can reference past work. If you uninstall, your data is deleted within 48 hours in accordance with Shopify's shop redaction process. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.
